Early prices offered as new plans debut

Gladstone Homes offers pre-construction pricing as it introduces six new floor plans among three new communities Feb. 3.

Gladstone is launching its Signature Series of single-family homes that will be available at Windstone Place in North Aurora, a 62-home community near I-88, at Orchard Road and Oak Street.

Signature Series floor plans to be released Feb. 3 are the 3,203 square-foot Artstone, the 3,206 square-foot Foxstone at and the 3,094 square-foot Penstone. Models will be completed in February.

Gladstone also is introducing three new townhouse plans, the Oakstone, Marstone and Welstone, ranging from 2,145 to 2,645 square feet at The Townhouses of Oak Creek near I-88 and Farnsworth Avenue in North Aurora, and at Chatham Square on 127th Street west of Heggs Road in Plainfield.

Pre-construction pricing on the new townhouses will start in the mid- to upper-200,000s with models opening at Oak Creek in February.
